* org-agenda.el (org-agenda-goto-calendar): Do not bind obsolete
variables.

* org.el (calendar): Require calendar now on top level in org.el
and define aliases to new variables when needed.
(org-read-date, org-goto-calendar): Do not bind obsolete
variables.
